Abstract

This is the ontology of the INAIL Organization about the PD DA1 document request. The PD DA1 is the Portable Document (PD) that entitles the person to health care coverage in the event of a occupational injury or occupational disease and it is destined to the person who moves to, resides in or stays in a European Union member state other than the one in which he or she is insured against occupational injury or occupational disease.

Il PD DA1 può essere altresì richiesto dalla persona, titolare di una rendita INAIL derivante da infortunio sul lavoro o malattia professionale, che intenda trasferirsi all’estero anche se non più in attività lavorativa. La richiesta è effettuata accedendo al sito istituzionale, previa abilitazione, oppure inviando il modulo compilato, tramite PEC, alla Sede INAIL competente per territorio.
