Prestazione economica a favore del lavoratore che venga a trovarsi in stato di disoccupazione per ragioni che non dipendono dalla sua volontà. Essa è destinata: a tutti i lavoratori subordinati, agli apprendisti, ai soci lavoratori di cooperative con rapporto di lavoro subordinato, ai dipendenti delle pubbliche amministrazioni a tempo determinato, operai agricoli a tempo indeterminato dipendenti da cooperative e loro consorzi. Affinché queste categorie di lavoratori possano accedere al sussidio sono richiesti i seguenti requisiti: il lavoratore deve aver versato nei quattro anni precedenti l’inizio del periodo di disoccupazione contributi per almeno tredici settimane; lo stato di disoccupazione in cui versa il lavoratore deve essere involontario non deve, cioè, essere frutto di una scelta del lavoratore stesso.Economic benefit in favour of a worker who finds himself in an unemployment status for reasons beyond his control.
