Questa divisione include le attività di organizzazioni che rappresentano gli interessi di gruppi specifici o che promuovono idee all'attenzione pubblica. Solitamente queste organizzazioni sono formate da un gruppo di membri, ma le loro attività possono coinvolgere e favorire anche i non iscritti.
