Expatriation event of a NASpI Beneficiary. If the NASpI Beneficiary travels to an EEA State or Switzerland in search of work, he/she maintains the NASpI Benefit for three months and makes his/her availability for that period to the employment office of that State; if at the end of the three months he does not return to Italy, he loses the NASpI Benefit. If he/she travels to an EEA country or Switzerland for another reason or to a non-EU country, the NASpI Benefit is maintained but the beneficiary remains available at the CPI with which he/she has contracted the PSP.
Evento di espatrio di un Beneficiario NASpI. Se il Beneficiario NASpI si reca in uno Stato SEE o in Svizzera alla ricerca di lavoro, mantiene la Prestazione NASpI per tre mesi e si rende disponibile per tale periodo ad ufficio per l'impiego di tale stato; se alla scadenza dei tre mesi non fa ritorno in Italia, perde la Prestazione NASpI. Se si reca in uno Stato SEE o in Svizzera per altro motivo o in paese extracomunitario la Prestazione NASpI viene mantenuta ma il beneficiario resta disponibile al CPI con cui ha stipulato il PSP.
