Description
The service is invoked to obtain information on the practice of annuity, a particular form of redemption that allows, upon presentation of rigorous evidence, to pay a charge to cover periods of work whose contribution has been omitted and which is no longer recoverable. It therefore presupposes a failure to fulfil the insurance obligation for the IVS, which must no longer be recoverable by the INPS on the ground that it is time-barred.
